Can't sign in?

"Signed in on another device"

Your company allows a set number of devices per person. Sign in again: the page shows your other devices and lets you sign one out. Not you? Change your password straight after.

Forgot your password

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page — a 6-digit code comes by email. Your Company Admin can also reset it.

"Invalid company code, email or password"

Check the company code (your administrator gives it), use your work email, and watch for Caps Lock. After several wrong tries, wait a few minutes.

"Subscription expired" or "account suspended"

Your company's account needs attention — ask your Company Admin, or report it here and we'll contact them.

For a faster fix

Copy the exact error message.
Say who is affected: just you, a team, or everyone.
Give the employee, customer or document number.
Say when it started.
